Notes:

1. One regular author registration can cover a paper's publication within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references and 1 conference attendance. It will be available if the paper's page exceeds 6 pages, but extra page fee will be charged for 50 USD / 350 RMB per page. If co-author wants to attend the conference, please register as the delegate.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only ONE person for the conference attendance.
3. Student fee is only applicable for students who are first authors.
4. The early bird registration will be closed on June 15, 2027.
5. Additional paper registration requires that two papers have the same first authors.

Cancellation Policy

If participants request cancellation and refund for personal reasons, the following refund policy shall apply:
- More than 60 days prior to the conference: 70% refund of the payment
- 30 to 60 days prior to the conference: 50% refund of the payment
- Less than 30 days prior to the conference: No refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be formally submitted by email.

* The Conference Organizer reserves the right to alter the conference date and venue in the event of force majeure.
* The Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect failure of participants to attend the conference arising from visa application rejection, riots, diseases or any other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control. Accordingly, the conference registration fee shall not be refunded.

Conference Site Safety Policy

To safeguard participants’ personal safety and property, all attendees shall wear attendance badges while on-site. No unauthorized persons may enter the venue. The Conference Organizer accepts no liability for personal injury or loss/damage to participants’ property.
